Facilitated by leadership experts Phillip and Alyson Van Hooser, each cohort is made up of 10-15 C-suite level leaders eager to offer, and receive, feedback, encouragement, and accountability from peers within their specific industry.

  • DURATION: One year with the option to renew for following years.
  • LOCATION: Virtual for check-ins. In-Person for group retreats.
  • LENGTH: 90 min check-ins. 1.5-day group retreats twice a year.
